How Parents Handle Children And Food?
- Parents must show the child both the needs and desires; and help the child distinguish that the needs are important than desires. The child should be assisted to develop a taste for food that is simple and healthy. He must be guided to eat according to his hunger neither more or less. The child should be made aware that he/she eats in order to gain strength and health to his/her body.
- Selection of food: It is the responsibility of both the parents to take utmost care and meticulous attention to provide prepared food that ensure hygiene and good health in general based on the ages of the children and their temperament.
- Quantity of food:According to the age and activity of the child the food is apportioned. This food contains, the needed carbohydrates, fats, proteins, major and micronutrients, trace elements, vitamins, fruits and edible and cooked vegetables in the right proportion to provide dynamic health benefits to every child.
- Even in schools that provide midday meals, the school authorities treat the students as if their own children and provide the best dynamic food that provide the right energy to concentrate, study and at the end of the day even play in the gymnasium,
- Most importantly, it is best to make them aware that every thought, action, feeling even eating, digestion of foods is made possible by the divine in you!
